Over the last few years technology was implemented in business processes. However the purpose was to optimize existing processes rather than changing them. A few start-ups however did not implement technology as part of existing processes but use technology as base for new processes and business models. AirBnB, Uber and bookings.com are just a few examples.The last few month most countries came to a lock-down which has a big impact on the people and companies. One result will be that it was a reset for companies but also for customer behavior. It will lead to a faster adoption of technology and a fast adaption of business models and customer behavior. Please outline the consequences of this reset and what can we expect of the near future?
