In mijn boeken heb ik al beschreven dat het aloude transactiemodel niet toekosmtbestendig is. Nieuwe businessmodellen zorgen voor (oneerlijke?) concurrentie. Vooral in mijn laatste boek: De kracht van platformstrategie heb ik dit toegelicht aan de hand van het business canvas model. Nu komt ook accenture met eenzelfde conclusie.
